The AC/DC Thunder JH Volleyball team attended the Colome Tournament on Saturday and came home with 5-0 record and the championship! Congrats Thunder!

Miss Neill's fifth grade class learned about chemical and physical reactions in Science. They got to see what happens when vinegar is poured on baking soda .

Mrs. Wilbur's 6th grade CASE class has been learning about how practicing something helps you get better at it. They have been practicing tossing 2 stuffed animals around in a circle in the same order and having no one drop it. Some days are more successful than others as success is not linear. Way to keep trying 6th grade!

Reminder: P/T Conferences will be Thurs, Oct 10th from 4-7pm; Students will dismiss @ 2:40pm. Conferences will continue on Fri, Oct 11th from 9am-Noon; There will be no school for students on Friday, Oct 11th & Mon, Oct 14th for Native American Day.

The 4th grade students participated in the "Daily Wordle." Students enjoy trying to guess the word before Mr. Sanne.


In Mr. Winter's Art Class, the 4th grade is working on Paper Sculptures, 3rd grade is working on Paper Crafts, and the 8th grade project is Color Wheels.
The TDA/AC/DC Thunderhawks played a tough game on Friday vs. Avon and came up short with Avon winning 30-26. That brings the Thunderhawk record to 5-1. The team will prepare this week for Friday's game in Colome.
