Andes Central NHS will be hosting a Winter Activity Day & Junior Class Bake Sale on Sunday, December 17th, from 3pm-5pm in the school cafeteria. Bring a winter clothing item, hygiene product, or toy, to enjoy some fun activities to get you in the holiday spirit! NHS will be donating the items brought in to a local family in need & the Junior Class will donate 1/2 of their proceeds from the bake sale. Santa will be in the house for pictures, too!


On Tuesday, Andes Central Elementary students participated in Climb Theatre. K-2nd grade watched a play called Tulila's Rabbit, which taught them about self-regulation. 3rd-5th grade students watched a play called Walkin' It Back, which taught them about empathy.







Last week, Andes Central School held their Christmas Concerts. On Thursday, the MS/HS students performed and Friday the Elementary students performed.

Andes Central School will dismiss @ 12:30pm on Wednesday, December 20th for Christmas Break. There will be no school from December 21st - January 2nd. School will resume on Wednesday, January 3rd.

The Andes Central FFA Chapter will be selling glazed and chocolate covered donuts from Dutch Oven Bakery on Wednesday, December 20th starting at 8AM. The donuts will be sold for $2 a piece or $20 a dozen. Orders of a dozen donuts or more should be placed by Friday, December 15th to guarantee delivery on Wednesday. Orders of more than a dozen, must be prepaid to Mr. DeNeui at the school.
