The Senior Service Learning Showcase is today from 3-5pm in the Auxiliary Gym. Come see what the seniors have been up to this semester!
Good luck to the AC/DC Thunder basketball teams as they host their season opener in DC vs Ethan! JV girls will start @ 4pm, followed by JV boys @ 5:15pm. V girls will start at 6:30pm, followed by V boys. Games will be live streamed at acdc.liveticket.tv. There will also be a fundraiser including Arby's roast beef sandwiches and sides starting @ 5pm, as well as a bake sale & silent auction.
Andes Central will have regular scheduled classes on Friday, Dec. 19th. Winter Break will be from Dec 22nd-Jan 2nd and school will resume after the break on Jan 5th.
The JAG Holiday Meal and Winter Coat Drive will now be from 4-6pm tomorrow, December 13th in the Commons.
The double header basketball game scheduled for tomorrow, Dec. 13th vs Platte-Geddes has been postponed to a later date.
Girls basketball practice for today, Dec 12th has been cancelled.
Update to basketball practice schedule for today, December 12th: JV/V BBB practice will be @ AC from 2:30-4:30pm; JV/V GBB practice will be @ AC from 4-5pm (no 6-7th grade girls practice).
Ms. Kaiser's freshmen just finished reading the novel Of Mice & Men. To review literary terms before the final quiz, students made foldables by finding the dictionary definition of the term and then finding examples of them from the novel.
The JH GBB GPC Tournament scheduled for tomorrow, December 13th in Avon has been cancelled.

Due to the weather conditions, Andes Central will dismiss at 1pm today, December 11th. There will be no practice today. The school board meeting has been moved to Monday, December 15th at 5:30pm.
Reminder: Tomorrow, December 12th is Enhancement Day. This is the last Enhancement Day for students to come in to get help for the 1st Semester.
Don't forget to come by the cafeteria on Saturday from 12-2 for a community dinner and winter gear drive with some winter crafts as well!

Andes Central NHS is holding a hygiene product drive to gather donations for the ROCS office. There will be a box for donations in the main entrance from December 5th through December 12th and it will be moved to the cafeteria during the Community Dinner hosted by JAG on December 13th .
